The Legendary Cambus

Cambus distillery dates back to the early 1800s - it was opened in 1836 in a village that shares its name near Alloa, in the lowlands of Scotland.
Here it quietly produced its whiskies, developing a reputation for smooth & soft casks that became a staple in many fine blends.
In 1913, a fire destroyed much of the distillery, forcing it to close until 1937. It enjoyed a period of great success until the second world war again closed its doors.
The distillery was closed for good in 1993, leaving behind a great legacy for producing the finest single grain casks. The few remaining whiskies are now of an excellent vintage, scarce & highly sought after.
